Yes, you can set a separate delivery address when you checkout.

I haven't received the goods I ordered yet. Where are they?

 

Please allow up to 5 working days for UK delivery following the day you placed your order.  All UK orders have £4.50 postage charge.  This is a recent February 2020 update.  We no long offer free delivery on any orders.

 

If your delivery has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us via email customercare@goodwoodscenics.com or call 0845 468 0423.  We will respond in 1 working day.

I was out when my order was meant to be delivered, how do I rearrange delivery?

 

If you were out when our delivery partner attempted to deliver your parcel, they will leave an information card. The card will give you a telephone number for you to contact to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

What is the delivery time to countries outside the UK?

 

Delivery to the European Union for all orders under 2kg will be delivered in 5-10 working days.  Deliveries to the rest of the world will be delivered in 5-14 working days.  Orders over 2kg may take up to 20 working days.
